Eligibility Window
Requests for exchanges or returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or would like a different size, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Returns & Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
