1. Shipping and Delivery

All products available in our store are high-quality imported items, carrying official internal and external seals and certifications. Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers (primarily located in Sweden, Hong Kong, Thailand, or China) to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

📦 Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
📦 Shipping Time: 10 to 25 business days, depending on location and time of year.

🚨 Note: In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to delays caused by:

  • High demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales events).
  • Strikes or customs inspections.
  • Postal service disruptions beyond our control.

2. Delivery Guarantee

✅ Guaranteed Delivery or Full Refund – If your order is lost or misplaced during shipping, we take full responsibility and will refund you the total amount paid.
✅ Insured Shipments – All orders include insurance against loss and free online tracking.
✅ Extended Delivery Protection – If your order is not delivered within 70 business days from shipment, we will provide a 100% refund.

3. Multiple Shipments

📌 This happens because items may be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses.
📌 It is completely normal to receive one item first and another later.

4. Order Tracking

🚚 Shipped via CTT – Our products are delivered by CTT (or another equivalent carrier, depending on your country).

5. Important Information & Precautions

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

⚠️ We will ship your order to the exact address provided by the customer during checkout.
⚠️ Ensure all address details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

🚫 We are NOT responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
🚫 If an order is returned for this reason, it will not be re-sent, and no refund will be issued.

Recipient Not Available at Delivery

📦 The delivery service (CTT) will attempt to deliver your package.
📦 If no one is available, your package will be taken to the nearest CTT agency for collection.
📦 If the package is not collected within the deadline, it will be returned to the sender.

🔄 Re-shipment Option:

  • If your package is returned to the sender due to non-collection, we can re-ship it.
  • However, the customer must pay for a new shipping fee and wait for the return process to be completed.
  • This process is subject to customs and postal timelines.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

💰 Our products are exempt from customs duties.
💰 However, in the rare case that any tax or duty is applied, Football Home will cover the full amount.
