1. Shipping and Delivery
All products offered in our store are high-quality imported items, manufactured with official internal and external seals and certifications. Orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers — primarily located in Sweden, Hong Kong, Thailand, or China — to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping time: 10 to 25 business days, depending on the destination and time of year.
Important Notice: In rare circumstances, delivery may take longer due to factors such as peak demand periods, customs inspections, strikes, or postal disruptions beyond our control.
2. Delivery Guarantee

Guaranteed delivery or full refund: If your order is lost during transit, we will refund the full amount paid.

Insured shipments: All orders include insurance and online tracking.

Extended protection: If your order is not delivered within 70 business days from the shipping date, you will receive a 100% refund.
Customers will never incur financial losses due to shipping delays or delivery issues covered by this policy.
3. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.
This may occur when products are dispatched from different warehouses or suppliers. Receiving items on different dates is normal.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking code will be sent to your email (typically within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation).
Deliveries are made via CTT or an equivalent carrier, depending on the destination country.
Tracking can be monitored in real time through the link provided.
5. Important Information and Precautions
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
We ship orders exactly as the address is provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information is correct before completing the purchase.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will not be re-sent, and no refund will be issued.
Recipient Unavailable
If delivery cannot be completed, the package will be sent to the nearest CTT agency for collection.
Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s deadline will result in it being returned to the sender.
Re-shipment:
If the package is returned due to non-collection, re-shipping may be arranged. A new shipping fee will apply, and the customer must wait for the return process to be finalized. This process is subject to customs and postal handling times.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
Our products are generally exempt from customs duties.
However, should any taxes or fees be applied, Football Home will assume full responsibility for the payment.
