Exchange Policy
We hope that you never need to request an exchange for any reason. Even so, we have everything in place so that you can make your purchase safely and with peace of mind.
RECEIPT INSTRUCTIONS
We take every care to ensure that your product arrives in perfect condition, exactly as you requested. However, as in sports, anything can happen.
Upon receipt, remove the packaging and check the condition of the manufacturer's packaging to make sure it is not damaged and check the volume. If the order is not in accordance with the requirements, make a note on the back of the receipt and refuse to accept it.
We suggest that this instruction be passed on to doormen, receptionists, family members or neighbors who may receive your order.
If you notice anything after receiving it, we will wait for you to contact us within 7 calendar days. However, if you do not notify us in time, unfortunately we are not responsible for any damage or irregularity in the product that may have occurred before receipt. So, as soon as you identify a disagreement or something damaged, talk to us through our customer service channels.
What constitutes damaged packaging?
Damaged packaging is when it presents the following characteristics:
- Signs of tampering (open/torn);
- Dents;
- Wet;
- Perforations;
As we explained, if you find the product packaging in these conditions, refuse to accept it.
Exchange or Return Policy
1) To request the exchange of a defective product, the deadline is 7 calendar days after receipt.
2) Customized shirts cannot be exchanged, except in cases of defect or damage.
3) Changes to customized shirts are not made.
4) A defective product will only be accepted for exchange if it shows no signs of use or odors.
5) To request a return of a defective product, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp: +447990192904 or by email: footballhoome@gmail.com. To speed up the process, please provide the order number, a photo of the product and a description of the defect.
6) The exchange will be carried out after the defective product has been received, inspected and approved, and must meet all of the conditions above.
